Established in 2007, Huami Magazine was the premiere publication produced by Mykel Media Company LLC. Our goal is to Acknowledge National Black Excellence.
Huami Magazine recognizes individuals for their achievements and accomplishments and connects African American-owned businesses with African American consumers. Our publication remains committed to addressing the issues and concerns that affect the African American community. We also strive to form partnerships with various businesses and organizations with similar interests to produce solutions and opportunities for the citizens of these communities.
Huami Magazine is primarily an online digital publication and publishes 30 editions on a bimonthly basis for 23 markets around the USA. These areas are Memphis and Nashville, TN, Richmond, VA, Greenville and Spartanburg, SC, Charleston, SC, Greensboro/High Point, Burlington, and Winston Salem, NC, Dallas/Fort Worth, TX, Houston, TX, Huntsville, AL, Arkansas, California, New York, New Jersey, Detroit, MI, St. Louis, MO, Philadelphia, PA, Milwaukee, WI, Florida, Indianapolis, IN, Chicago, IL, Cleveland, OH, Atlanta, GA, Hampton Roads, VA, Arizona, Louisville, KY, Kansas City, MO, Denver, CO, Mississippi, and the DMV (DC, MD, VA). Huami Magazine also provides small businesses with effective and affordable marketing and promotional services.
Our target audience is African Americans between the ages of 18-80, with a minimum of high school education. Huami Magazine caters to business professionals, business owners, and consumers. The products and services we feature and advertise are intended for families with a median income of at least $80,000.
Our publication is pronounced, “who am I”.
